DOCS clinical employees
To enable effective communication and project success we will assign a Clinical Team Manager (CTM) to our Contract Placement Employee (CPE) who is dedicated to your project. The CTM will liaise closely with you to ensure your project needs and expectations are met as well as overseeing the well-being, motivation and conduct of our CPE during the project.
Our CTMs monitor the Contract Placement Employee's performance and provides the necessary support, coaching, training & development tools. Training and education is provided by DOCS CRAcademy and includes E-learning.
DOCS has their own competency based Performance Management system and each CPE will have a Personal Development Plan (PDP). Of course, we are flexible, and some clients like to integrate our CPEs into their own appraisal process.
Also, our CTMs provide day-to-day guidance in the CPEs administrative activities to ensure timely submission e.g. expense forms and time sheets.
