DOCS Consultants provide advice and support throughout the recruitment process and will, when required:
- Help you prepare and compile your letter of resignation
- Advise you of what reaction you can expect from your employer on submission of your resignation. Be prepared for a negative reaction; much as we would like to believe our employer is considerate of and sympathetic to our needs, this is not always the case
- Remind you of the issues that caused you to consider making a change in the first place
- Repeat arguments discussed previously, against accepting counter-offers
- Help you fix the exact date and time when you will resign and with whom
- Be on standby to give any last minute advice you may require or settle any nerves you may have
- Contact you immediately after the resignation meeting to discuss how it went.
