The personal coach answers any questions that you might have regarding DOCS, more importantly he or she guides you through the whole working process. In my perspective the personal coach has two major advantages: First of all, the assessment of your work and second of all the assessment concerning your personal development. The second advantage helps greatly in learning more about yourself and the personal coach can help you in delivering a better job.
