Description
The CRA Manager is responsible for, and the leader of (group of) CRAs. He/she is involved in direct personnel management and should maintain an overview of the clinical trials and their CRAs. This position requires an active role in the developing, planning and monitoring of manpower.
Qualifications
A candidate for a CRA Manager should possess a bio-medical BA/BS degree (or equivalent relevant knowledge e.g. nursing qualification) and have work experience as CRA. The candidate may require experience with team management and knowledge of standards and protocols of clinical trials.

Tasks
- Supervise all CRAs to ensure clinical trial planning is done appropriately
- Ensure that quarterly re-forecasts are done by CRA accordingly
- Attend meetings to discuss handling/improving people planning process
- Recruit CRAs though the evaluation of application letters and CVs and the placing of job openings
- Track and update budget and non-grant expenditure for actual and forecasts
- Support Product Team / Euclid by facilitating communication
- Prepare and implement project specific training programs and materials for internal staff.
