Description

The Marketing assistant goal is to enhance the company’s position within the pharmaceutical industry. An aspect of the job is to coordinate design and production of appropriate marketing materials. The Marketing Assistant supports and reports to the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications (Education)

A candidate for the Marketing Assistant position requires a bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing or Business and relevant work experience.

Tasks

    • Manage aspects of company's promotions
    • Maintain responsibility for revenues and project budgets
    • Analyze company's initiatives and results
    • Advise on process improvements and directives
    • Coordinate design and production of appropriate marketing materials, in conjunction with the Marketing department
    • Coordinate, implement and manage a CRM system
    • Coordinate publication/presentation plan
    • Give sales- and marketing support to sales force and agents
    • Promote and facilitate presentations and publications
