When you join DOCS as a Clinical Contract Placement Employee, our Clinical Team Managers (CTMs) are there to support you in your chosen career.
Clinical Team Managers (CTMs)
Your CTM provides coaching, training and development opportunities to support you in your current role and to prepare you for any future role. The CTM "sits" between you, your client manager and DOCS, enabling effective communication and project success.
The CTMs facilitate and stimulate your Continuing Professional Development by:
- Conducting coaching sessions to help you achieve your personal ambitions
- Offering access to CRAcademy's E-learning Centre for soft skill development
- Providing required technical and soft skill training courses to improve your personal effectiveness
- Giving general support, for example, completing administrative duties or adapting to your client’s environment or working from home.
