Presentation of your CV
- Set out your skills and competences clearly and logically, so that your advantages stand out
- Use quality plain white printing paper, a basic font type and print in black ink
- Use bullet points rather than wordy sentences
- Do not split an entry under one heading over two pages
- Borders, italics, and photographs of yourself are not necessary
- Ensure there are no mistakes in spelling or punctuation, and that the content makes sense
- Explain breaks in your studies or career and be aware that current salary details should not be included
- Ask someone else to read your CV for clarity and mistakes.
