The contract staffing employee
DOCS believes that any potential contract staffing employee must meet the high standards expected by DOCS in terms of required skills, experience level requested and being highly motivated, solution-orientated, flexible and totally focused on achieving the client’s business objective.
Particular emphasis is placed on the motivation of the individuals to work as contract staffing employees (contractors) and their enthusiasm and competences for the position. We regard it as essential that our staffing employees commit to the minimum duration of the contract or project to ensure the stability of our client’s project teams.
Once the client has selected the candidate(s), DOCS International will offer them an appropriate employment contract. By possessing the required employment permits and following the appropriate employment law guidelines, DOCS International takes care of all co-employment issues. We will advise our clients how to work with our contract staffing employees in the different European countries and prepare our contract staffing employees for the upcoming secondment.
DOCS International is fully responsible for the payment of all employer related taxes and social security contributions.
